The arrangement of velvet structure is the organization of weft knitting, generally divided into ground yarn and looped yarn. The raw materials are interwoven from different materials such as cotton, silk, viscose, polyester, and nylon, and different materials can be used for weaving according to different purposes. Velvet is used for clothing, while cotton is generally used for looped yarn. Velvet is full, soft to the touch, comfortable to wear, and has a beautiful shape.
Velvet products require high grade, low thread density, long length, and good maturity. Velvet products have special requirements for the twist of looped yarn. When cotton is used, it requires less twist and the small twist of cotton yarn. When weaving, velvet fabric and yarn should choose two different twists to cooperate with white fabric, while looped yarn should use the same twist as yarn and equipment, which helps improve the quality and feel of suede.
Is flannel processing colored? Flannel is a soft fabric made of polyester, such as 144f and FDY54D/24F, woven by warp knitting machines, with a strong wool like texture. After pretreatment, dyeing, heat setting, and wet treatment, the fabric shortens and its density increases. Dyeing and finishing fabrics not only shine brightly, but also have a strong sense of three dimensionality and dynamism. Especially, the use of polyester DTY75D/144f high F increases the softness of the fabric. Soft texture, comfortable hand feel, specially treated to achieve special functions such as moisture resistance and warmth retention.
